This welcoming class is designed and led by local Exercise Physiologist, Curtis - Conquer Allied Health, for adults and older adults who want to improve their balance, build strength, and stay active. Whether you're looking to enhance your mobility, or you're concerned about falls or unsteadiness, this class offers supportive, tailored exercises and fun movement-based games that can be adapted to suit your needs. Participants are encouraged to wear stable footwear or sneakers.

Boomerang Bag Sewing Workshops
