Tai Chi For Beginners - Wednesday
Tai Chi helps co-ordination, balance, relaxation, posture and muscle tone. It is beneficial for all ages and abilities.
A creative expression program for pre-schoolers and their parent/carer. Our program incorporates music, rhymes, dance, percussion, instruments, drama and dress ups. Throw in bright coloured puppets, props and the favourite parachute.
