In this carer-focused information session, Eastern Community Legal Centre will provide tips and information to help you plan for the future.
Topics covered in this session will include:
-Our rights in relation to decision making.
-Legal issues regarding decision making capacity.
-Future planning through powers of attorney and Wills.
-What happens if we do not have the capacity to take control of future planning.
Morning tea will be provided, bookings required.

Payment
Where the activity attracts a cost, payment is required before commencement of the activity.
Payment can be in-person at the Community House or via EFT directly into the bank account.
