Yoga, your health and the seasons - Summer

Move through the changing seasons with Yoga practical self care, de-stress techniques, deep relaxation and some fun, taking time out just for you!

This workshop will include yoga breathing and relaxation techniques. A yoga routine for summer to keep you balanced, calm and grounded.

Take home recipes for you to continue your self care at home and a supportive handout to help make informed choices to nourish your health.

Michelle and Ruth, our tutors, have an extensive range of qualifications, including: Yoga, relaxation, counselling, therapy and meditation.

All courses are confirmed prior to commencement. If a course doesn't go ahead you will receive a refund or you can transfer to another course.
Where the activity attracts a cost, payment is required before commencement of the activity. Payment can be in-person at the Community House or via EFT directly into the bank account. Your participation is important to us. If the cost of a course is stopping you from becoming involved, please talk to us.
